Closets get wardrobe boxes, stemware and dishes get bundled in clean newsprint, and cartons and tape take care of the rest — with nothing itemized separately. Padding for prewar stairwells
Queens packing has its own quirks. Because a narrow Flushing stairwell gives you no room to swing a bare dresser past a landing, Danny’s crew shrink-wraps and blankets bulky furniture indoors first, then walks it down protected. A century-old building may be hiding fragile heirlooms and quirky built-ins; a newer Bayside or Whitestone house is mostly just more rooms. The same crew takes either, laying out the plan alongside you as we tour the place.

None of the boxing has to wait for move morning. Many families schedule us for a weeknight so the truck day that follows is unhurried, and that separate evening session costs nothing on top. Once it’s all sealed up, local moving handles the cross-town leg and long-distance moving takes it beyond the state line. Need the boxes held a while?
